Stornoway Port wishes to appoint a service provider to provide a shuttle bus services between its Deep Water Terminal and Stornoway Town Centre on days when a cruise vessel is berthed at the Deep Water Terminal. The Service Provider must hold a current vehicle operator licence for Public Service Vehicles. See instructions to tenderers for additional information.
- Economic & financial standing
Bidders are required to provide their Net Profit Margin (Net Operating Profit divided by Net Turnover) and company accounts for the last three complete financial years
Minimum: Sufficient financial standing to provide the required services - Technical & professional ability
