Coverage: 83 active published awards; 8 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
Herefordshire Council is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) for the purpose of establishing whether there are any organisations that are interested in providing Stop Smoking Services in Herefordshire. Please note the Council are issuing this RFI for information seeking purposes and it does not form part of a procurement process. The contract duration is 2 years with an option to extend for up to 2 years. The service provision is likely to contain three Lots: • Lot 1 - Provision of Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) pharmacotherapy in pharmacies. • Lot 2 - Provision of Behavioural Support services to help smokers quit. • Lot 3 - Provision of Postal-Mailed Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT). The Council would be interested to hear from any providers who can demonstrate that they could deliver effective pharmacotherapy and behavioural support services in Herefordshire. This includes those able to deliver under Lot 3, particularly providers who can supply Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) products via a postal distribution portal, ensuring accessible provision across the county's rural communities. Interested providers are invited to participate by completing a short questionnaire document (RFI) which will be used for information-gathering purposes and will help the Council understand the current market and guide the final service specification and service design.
