The decision was made on 08 July 2026 following a review of the procurement requirements. The review identified the need for further consideration and refinement of the quality requirements, evaluation criteria and associated specification documentation to ensure that the procurement accurately reflects the Trust's requirements and provides a clear and comprehensive basis for supplier bids. As a result, no contract will be awarded under the current procurement procedure.
