The Authority requires a stewardship provider that supports the Authority in exercising its responsibilities as an active owner of assets on behalf of Partner Funds. This includes engaging with investee companies on financially material environmental, social and governance issues, supporting the exercise of voting rights, providing research and analysis on stewardship risks and opportunities, and reporting on engagement activities and outcomes

Due to the evolving situation in relation to pension pooling and the associated regulatory landscape within the UK, there is a known risk that LGPS Central may require additional support beyond the scope of this Procurement. This could include assistance with advanced reporting configurations, integration of new data more…sources and the development of enhanced disclosures as regulatory expectations change (such as additional ESG reporting). The Authority reserves the right to include these additional items under this contract if the need arises.
