    • Communication with deceased’s representative. — The funeral director must initiate communication with the representative of the deceased within 24 hours of receiving the initial notification of the contract funeral.
    • Compliance with ad-hoc site visits and addressing feedback and concerns within contract management meetings. — Compliance with ad-hoc site visits requested by the Trust and effectively addresses any feedback or actions raised during these visits and contract management meetings.
    • Provision of reporting data detailing all service provision. — Report to be provided monthly
