Coverage: 79 active published awards; 67 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
Strathclyde Partnership for Transport own and operate the Glasgow Subway, and you may be aware that our new rolling stock fleet is now in full operation. As a result of this, we have a significant number of spare parts/maintenance items from our old fleet that are now surplus to requirement. You will find an inventory of these items attached for reference. Prior to their ultimate disposal, we would like to extend the opportunity to view these items and thereafter if of interest, to make an offer to purchase these from us. These items are offered on a “sold as seen” basis and are for collection only from our depot in Govan, Glasgow. The first step in this process is to provide the opportunity to examine anything of interest to you, and to this end we are holding an open day on Saturday the 31st of August 2024 at our depot in Robert Street, Govan, Glasgow. There’s no obligation for you to attend, however due to the volume of items offered there are no photographs/drawings etc available. Note that this offer is made only to organisations who either sell or who offer maintenance services that may make use of these, and it is specifically at this point not open to members of the general public. If you are interested in any of these items, please advise express your interest in this Notice.
