- Upon completion of the initial 3 year term, Places for People Group Limited will decide whether they would like to extend the contract for an addition 2 year.
3 agreed KPIs: Turnaround Time · Invoicing Compliance · Transition to Long Term Accommodation
- Turnaround Time, Measurement of the number and proportion of initial responses to decant notifications issued within the required two-hour timeframe, both during standard working hours and out-of-hours periods. We are aiming for 85% compliance initially with the intention this will be 100% compliance once processes align.
- Invoicing Compliance, Assessment of the timeliness and accuracy of invoicing processes, specifically the requirement for providers to submit all invoices by no later than the second working day of each month. This will include both billed and unbilled (accrued) expenditure data, supporting effective financial control and transparency. We would like to see this as a minimum 95% with the intention for this to be 100% compliance.
- Transition to Long Term Accommodation, Monitoring of the number of households remaining in short-term accommodation (e.g. hotels) beyond the point at which a transition to more suitable long-term solutions (such as rental properties) would be expected. Upon notice of long term accommodation being required, we request options with 5 working days.
