As a response to recently completed condition surveys, a number of schools have a requirement to re-fit and decorate 12 sets of school toilets, as set out in the specification. The works included (but are not limited to):-

Strip out old fixtures and fittings and remove from site
Replace fixtures and fittings as set out in the specification
Tile and redecorate
Replace flooring
