Published requirement descriptionSONI is seeking to appoint a Sourcing and Procurement Advisory provider to plan, manage, and execute competitive procurement processes across the IT Separation Programme workstreams, in full compliance with the UK Procurement Act 2023 (PA23) and associated Procurement Regulations 2024.
The appointed provider will act as SONI's primary procurement advisory partner throughout Phase 2, working alongside SONI's internal procurement team, internal programme team and external technical advisors.

- Previous Experience: Tenderers are required to demonstrate that they have sufficient recent and relevant experience to deliver contracts of this nature. Refer to RFP for full details.
- Approach & Methodology: An outline to the Tenderer’s overall Approach and Methodology for the planning and delivery of the types of services outlined in the Scope of Requirements. Please refer to RFP for full details.
- Candidate Capacity - Team Structure: Allocation of human resources in order to deliver the requirements effectively including the qualifications & experience of the proposed key personnel and commitment and management of their time. Tenderers are required to provide CVs (no more than 3 pages) and other relevant information for key personnel proposed for this contract framework agreement. Please refer to RFP for full details.
- Ultimate Cost: Ultimate Cost of proposal in accordance with the Pricing Schedules. Fixed Price for the implementation of the project as provided in the Pricing Documents in accordance with the Pricing Schedules. Fixed rate per procurement exercise. Daily rates for personnel in the pricing document. Please refer to RFP for full details.
