Lot distribution rule: Somerset Council intends to award a single Supplier to each Lot for Lots 1-3, or a single Supplier to Lot 4 – all activities combined however Somerset Council will either award a supplier to lot 2a or 2b and if one lot is awarded the other will not be. Bidders may bid for as many or as few Lots as their capacity allows however submissions cannot be contingent on successfully winning a different Lot. Submissions will be evaluated by Somerset Council to determine the Most Economically Advantageous Tender and the Council reserves the right to award a single Supplier to each Lot for Lots 1-3, or a single Supplier for Lot 4 depending on the responses received. If a Supplier is awarded Lot 4, Lots 1-3 will not be awarded. If Lots 1-3 are awarded, Lot 4 will not be awarded.
