Payment obligations depend on the applicable regime and contract. Consult the official documents.
Coverage: 6 active published awards; 2 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
A VEAT notice was published for this service in 2021, 2021/S 000-026708

This notice is to award a further 12 month extension to the contract to the current provider, Solent Mind, for the provision of Mental Health Recovery Teams. The full transformation of the Services delivered has been delayed and there has been an increase in demand for this service. It is not an appropriate time or environment to potentially switch provider as that could de-stabilise the current provision when the AMH long term plan and Mental Health Standards are being implemented. This short term extension will provide opportunity for the Local Authority and ICS partners to confirm sourcing intentions and timetable following completion of the transformation programme.
