SoliHealth brings an understanding of the borough's health landscape, including the specific needs of communities experiencing the greatest health inequalities. \nSoliHealth has established governance frameworks and data-sharing arrangements with primary care organisations in place, allowing the pilot to commence quickly and meet key delivery milestones.   \nBy using existing infrastructure, clinical expertise, and strong local partnerships, SoliHealth is able to deliver a cost-effective and quality solution to pilot an enhanced health checks delivery model that aligns with the programme's priorities of equity, prevention and increased uptake.  \nSoliHealth is well-placed to support the programme's aim of reducing health inequalities and ensuring equitable access to NHS Health Checks across Solihull.
