It is necessary to determine which data will be migrated to the new system(s), and which data will be archived as well as how data will be accessed. This determination requires the involvement of clinical and other key stakeholders in discussions led by highly specialised technical expertise.\nData quality approach\nBefore migrating data into the future system(s), CAV UHB must define a clear approach to data integrity checking, cleansing, and validation. This includes agreeing what needs to be checked, when checks occur, and how issues are addressed to ensure high quality data enters – and is confirmed within – the new system. There is an opportunity to begin this work early in the programme and front load elements of the effort to reduce pressure later in the migration lifecycle.\nOutputs Required:\nA new contract is required for the services of Senior Technical Architect at a rate of\n2.5 days per week. The Government is taking steps to further reduce the levels of cyber security risk in its supply chain through the Cyber Essentials scheme. The scheme defines a set of controls which, when properly implemented, will provide organisations with basic protection from the most prevalent forms of threat coming from the internet.\nTo participate in this procurement, bidders will be required to demonstrate that they are Cyber Essentials certified for the services under and in connection with the procurement.\nThe bidder may be awarded a contract but shall not enter into any call off contracts with buyers until they are able to demonstrate to CCS that they meet the technical requirements prescribed by the Cyber Essentials Scheme for services under and in connection with this procurement.\nThe services that arise from this framework will involve the supplier holding material that has been assigned a protective marking under the Government Security Classifications Scheme (April 2014) of OFFICIAL/SENSITIVE.
