These will need to be replaced over the next couple of years along with possible expansion of this offering into new branches. Post Office is interested in a modular solution that can adapt to different settings and use cases. The contract will include support and maintenance of the kiosks for a period of at least 5 years. The contract is likely to involve the provision of EPOS software for the terminals but this must integrate with Post Offices product journey engines and other systems.
