As we would like to have this service running quickly this is not an offer to develop this service.Overarching Outcomes that we want to achieve.• Provide information to support with promoting the well-being of residents. Ensuring that queries beyond the scope of online support recommend the user contact RBC or NHS services directly as appropriate.• Informing people of available equipment they can purchase to support them with their daily lives with relevant recommendations depending on information provided during the self-assessment. • Easing pressure on the Council’s Advice & Wellbeing Hub to allow ASC Occupational Therapists to focus on core services such as residents who need specialist social care intervention. Contract Duration and Value: The Council are looking to purchase a licence for a duration of 5 years (initial 3-year contract with the option of extending by up to a further 2 years (1+1)). The value and duration of this are to be confirmed.THIS IS NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION - This information is intended to inform Reading Borough Council of competitors within the marketplace to better inform us on how to proceed.
