Coverage: 21 active published awards; 20 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

Following award on 23rd May 2022, the contract will commence on 1st November 2022. The initial contract term will be for 3 years with possibility of extending the term by a further 2 years to a maximum total term of 5 years in increments to be agreed, subject to the agreement and performance of both parties. The successful bidder will be required to work with representatives of both the Council and Portico. The contract was established using the Open Procedure as set out within the Public Contracts Regulations (2015). The services in question fall under the Light Touch Regime services listed under Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations (2015).
