Coverage: 76 active published awards; 76 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

DYNAMIC PURCHASING SYSTEM A DPS is a procurement procedure compliant with the Public Contract Regulations 2015. It is a fully electronic system, used to award compliant contracts. It operates with the joint benefits of a framework agreement, in which suppliers confirm at the time of application that they will comply with the terms of the DPS and any call-off contract terms published, as well as an approved supplier list. The arrangement allows any supplier who meets the minimum criteria to apply at any point during the duration of the DPS to join. The call-off procedure and arrangements would be made available when this tender goes live. To be accepted on to the DPS supplier list, Bidders will have to satisfy the Evaluation Panel that they can meet the minimum quality standards as will be requested in a Pre- Selection Questionnaire and Selection Questionnaire for each Lot.
