If you have any problems registering or uploading tender documents via the website, then please contact the In-Tend Support team directly by phoning 0844 2728810 or emailing [email protected] Tender Response Documents must be submitted no later than 13.00 hours on 25 October 2023.Reasons for not dividing into Lots:1) There will be a Borough wide, Single Service Model incorporating a large volume of Providers spilt across two tiers which will have been determined through evaluation; 2) Dividing into lots could restrict services being provided across the Borough and may lead to a restriction of competition;3) Dividing into lots could risk making the contract excessively technically difficult or expensive to manage;4) The nature of the Service Model spreads the risk across a large volume of Providers, promotes social value by having a diverse supply base where there will be a range of predominantly local suppliers, and supports the maintenance of a healthy market;5) The benefits of Lots is negated by utilising the Service Model whereby Providers will be able to able to apply for inclusion at regular intervals.
