This exclusive licensing arrangement means that no alternative supplier is able to deliver an equivalent end-to-end digitally integrated solution that meets the Authority's operational and technical requirements.\nAs a government-approved licensee, NLIS has exclusive rights to facilitate this level of digital integration.
