Coverage: 97 active published awards; 74 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

The restricted tender process intially decsribed a scope of 40 arches, associated deck, retaining wall repairs and delivery of a new lift. The shortlisting exercise at SQ returned 4 successfully shortlisted bidders. Due to inflation the scope of the project was reduced to 28 arches, associated deck, retaining wall repairs and delivery of a new lift. The award of the contract resulted in some value engineering from the original scope which slightly altered methodology and consolidated some smaller areas of work such as planters on the decking.
