MPFT intends to award a contract to an existing provider following direct award process C
The initial value of the contract is £250,000 with an option to extend for a further year giving a lifetime value of £375,000 (volume dependent).
The services will be provided between 01.04.25 and 31.03.27 (with extension option to 31.03.28).

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by 1st August 2025 at 17:00. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.

The provider has been assessed against 1. Quality and Innovation 35%, 2. Value 25%, 3. Integration, Collaboration and Service Sustainability 15%, 4. Improving access, reducing health inequalities and facilitating choice 15%, and 5. Social Value 10%. The provider was able to adequately demonstrate that they fulfilled the required criteria. The intention is to award the contract to Midland Community Services. The lifetime value of the contract is £375,000.
