Roof Refurbishment & External Works at Margate Harbour Arm The Parade Margate

Thanet District Council ("the Employer") wishes to select and appoint a suitable supplier to carry out a roof refurbishment and external works at the Harbour Arm in Margate and invites prospective suppliers' to submit a Tender to meet the Employer's requirements. The project involves installing an insulated roof system with aluminium fascias, renewing hand railing to the upper promenade and external lighting to the commercial units. The Contract is anticipated to commence upon November 2025 for a duration of 16 weeks Important Information: All procurement documents are attached to the notice and available for suppliers to download from the Kent Business Portal (www.kentbusinessportal.org.uk) and complete according to instructions contained. The procurement process will be undertaken on the basis of formal Tenders. Evaluation will be on the basis of criteria and methodology as set out in the Invitation to Tender document.
