- South Tyneside Council require a contractor to provide a Road Marking service this will be awarded on the basis of Most Economically Advantageous Tender evaluated in accordance with the criteria as set out in this ITT.
- The Framework will consist of two to three contractors ranked in relation to most competitive price. The top ranked contractor may be engaged for the majority of the work & lower ranked contractors engaged to fill capacity issues.
- The Framework will be used for repairs & maintenance & may be used for mini competitions for planned and programmed maintenance and suchlike whereby the value is forecast in excess of £10,000
