    The Authority requires a teambuilding and residential activity programme for young adults aged between 16 - 25 years on the Prince’s Trust Team programme, who are from a variety of backgrounds and ability. Activities must be in line with the Prince’s Trust Programme Guidelines (see file: Princes Trust Guidelines). The Team building residential should be designed to build and test team skills, confidence and a sense of responsibility to others. The residential objectives will be that young people attending; • understand and put into practice the principles of team-work • build confidence and a sense of responsibility to others • establish mutual trust and respect between individual Team members and the staff The residential should lay the foundations for the rest of the programme.
