Coverage: 97 active published awards; 74 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
Brighton & Hove City Council is seeking a provider(s) to deliver adult (18+) residential rehabilitation services to support drugs and alcohol recovery in the City. The Services are primarily targeted at those who are homeless or insecurely housed and will offer longer-term accommodation-based interventions. Accommodation costs will be met through clients' housing benefit (or otherwise self-funded). The services to be provided will include detoxification preparation and support (when necessary) through a recovery programme and finally independence and move-on. The Council recognises that one model of residential rehabilitation does not meet the needs of all users and that sometimes clients may need additional support and/or more than one period of residential rehabilitative in order to achieve abstinence and recovery. The division of the Services required into two separate lots reflects this position. Referrals to the services will be accepted from the Brighton and Hove Drug and Alcohol Recovery Service.
