What is being bought

The University of Cumbria currently has five campuses. The campuses all have individual parking facilities, apart from London which has no parking, with the exception of disabled parking. Each campus has specific parking restrictions and process’s based on their location. The University are looking to explore further the advantages and disadvantages of ANPR parking against enforcement with parking attendants as part of the engagement process.
