What is being bought
Slough Borough Council is seeking expression of interest from suitably qualified contractors with relevant experience in delivering this type of contract, in scope and value, to attend a market engagement event. Interested organisations are required to provide responses to the below questions and submit by the 13th July 2026 via the messaging section of the Intend portal. See link below https://in-tend.co.uk If you intend to attend the market engagement event, please, send an email confirmation of your attendance along with names, roles, and email addresses of all attendees from your organisation, using the below email address. The event will be via teams. Once your confirmation is received, an invite will be forwarded to the list of names/emails received.     Slough Borough Council (SBC) is re-tendering its Repairs, Maintenance, Planned and Major Works/Services contract which covers all aspects of repairs, maintenance Planned and Major Works into its 6000 council-owned homes. The estimated current contract value is up to £300m over ten years. The existing contract expires in December 2027.
