This project is being funded through CIl/S106 funding which has been granted by NSDC. In the event of any disputes, NSDC will act as mediators.
Publisher note: Payments will be made directly from FPC in two main stages to the contractor, through a 50% payment once the work proceeds and 50% payment on the satisfactory completion of the works.
