Where the Bidder declares they have been in receipt of such, they are required to provide evidence to demonstrate that the Bidder has taken remedial action to prevent the risk of breaching this legislation recurring.\n7) Legal Capacity: Monitoring Subcontractor Legislative Compliance - Bidders shall confirm if they do or do not intend to use subcontractors to deliver this Service.
