Coverage: 46 active published awards; 0 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

Meet The Buyer: Lancashire Constabulary - Wednesday 25th June
Is your business in Construction or works or service sectors? Are you a NWL Chamber Member or registered on the supplier portal Intend?
As part of an ongoing effort by the Chamber to strengthen Lancashire's supply chain, we are putting our members directly in front of companies who are looking to use suppliers based in Lancashire.
The next 'Meet the Buyer' event will introduce members to Lancashire Constabulary
The existing Lancashire Constabulary Reactive, Repairs and Planned Minor Works Framework Agreement expires on 30th September 2026. The Constabulary will be replacing this with a new one to start 1st October 2026 and want to hear from small and medium sized business who are passionate about meeting and delivering added social value to Lancashire.
The new Framework is likely to be split into the following disciplines of work:
• Building and Joinery (including Groundworks)
• Plumbing
• Roofing
• Electrical
• Drainage
The estimated spend for the replacement framework will be between £7 million to £8 million over the four years.
The objective of the event is to provide background on the Constabulary Estates and Facilities Management department, details about the requirements and expectations for successful suppliers, and the procurement process for applications to the new Framework.
Contract Management will also play an important part for the successful suppliers on the Framework.
Successful suppliers will be encouraged to develop a Social Value Action Plan. This is a free tool, and Lancashire Constabulary will use the action plans to inform their contract management discussions.
Come along and speak to members of Lancashire Constabulary Estates team, who will be on hand at the event to answer any queries about the framework.
The Chamber are happy to provide access to a procurement professional on the day for those businesses who want to cut through red tape, secure a contact within the buying organisations, and have a better understanding of bidding for public contracts.
Because of anticipated high demand there will be two sessions, one in the morning starting at 10am and one in the afternoon starting at 2pm.
If you would like to attend either the Morning or Afternoon session, then you MUST book via telephone - which will be opened during the week of 1st April 2025.
Applications will close on Friday the 14th June 2025,
Spaces are limited to two people per supplier so permits will be issued on a first come first serve basis.
Car parking on site is also limited to one vehicle per supplier.
