What is being bought
Published requirement descriptionProvision of reactive maintenance and call outs for the following specialisms:
- General Building Works
- Plumbing (i.e. from point of use to waste stack – excluding Mechanical, HVAC, and pumped systems)
- Glazing (including boarding up service)
- Minor Redecorations
- Masonry Works
- Roofing (including tiles, flat roof, and slates)
- General Carpentry and Joinery
- Plasterboard, Partitions, and dry lining works
- Locksmith Works
- Sanitary appliancesThe Contract shall commence on the 1st October 2024 and shall run for an initial period of 6 months until the end of the financial year 2024/2025 (31st March). The Contract anniversary will then thereafter, commence on the 1st April annually and the remaining minimum term of the Contract will be 4 years (54 month term). This Contract is then subject thereafter to annual reviews and extensions up to a total of 24 additional months at the Authority's discretion.
