Coverage: 129 active published awards; 16 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
The Cardiff and Vale UHB Mental Health and Community Information System (MHCS) Programme is responsible for digitally enabling around 190 clinical services mainly within the areas of Mental Health, Community and Therapies through the PARIS (Civica) EPR, sustaining operational processes and clinical information across about 40% of the CAV Health Board. The current contract for PARIS runs until 31st March 2028 and in view of securing digital enablement for its services beyond this date the MHCS Programme is developing a Business Case to seek funding for re-procurement of an EPR to meet current business needs. Whilst funding has not yet been secured, the MHCS Programme is developing requirements to go out to market for a single EPR for both Mental Health and Community services with the key capabilities of mobile access and interoperability.
