Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental considerations. The Community Benefits included in this contract are:\nRhondda-Cynon-Taf CBC (The Council) has developed a set of standard social value measures to be included in all relevant tenders and are mapped against the Wellbeing of Future Generations Act Goals. These measures have been developed and chosen to reflect some of the specific needs of the Council and the communities it supports.  It is important to note that these social value measures are in addition to any social value or wellbeing that is already being derived from this Contract.  Tenderers are able to submit a social value offering against as many or as few of these measures as appropriate. For each measure, guidance has been provided to assist tenderers in understanding what the aim of the measure is.
