What is being bought
Derbyshire County Council (DCC) is currently seeking to appoint a fully registered, competent, and experienced, specialist Contractor to carry out the servicing and inspection of its industrial doors, gate barriers, roller shutters and similar equipment to their premises throughout the county of Derbyshire.
This may or may not lead to further repair and supply and installation work, although this is not guaranteed, the successful Contractor however would also need to be fully registered, competent, and experienced in this area as well.
Current Health and safety regulations require that electrical infrastructure to Council buildings is safe and maintained to prevent harm to staff and members of the public.
The scope of this agreement is for the provision of the specialist servicing, inspection, and repair of manual and powered industrial doors, shutters, gates, barriers and similar equipment, new installation work may also be required at the discretion of the Authority, no installation or repair works are guaranteed
