Phoenix Energy Group requires a number of insurance policies to cover the various aspects of it's business operations.

There are 12 separate Insurance Policies required and so this tender is divided into 12 Lots. Namely:

LOT NO. 1 – EXCESS LAYER PUBLIC & PRODUCTS LIABILITY 1ST LAYER INSURANCE

LOT NO. 2 – EXCESS LAYER PUBLIC & PRODUCTS LIABILITY 2ND LAYER INSURANCE

LOT NO. 3 – EXCESS LAYER PUBLIC & PRODUCTS LIABILITY 3RD LAYER INSURANCE

LOT NO. 4 – PROPERTY INSURANCE

LOT NO. 5 – BUSINESS INTERRUPTION INSURANCE

LOT NO. 6 – PERSONAL ACCIDENT & TRAVEL INSURANCE

LOT NO. 7 – COMPUTER

LOT NO. 8 – TERRORISM INSURANCE

LOT NO. 9 – MOTOR FLEET

LOT NO. 10 – CRIME INSURANCE

LOT NO. 11 – PROFESSIONAL INDEMNITY INSURANCE

LOT NO. 12 – CYBER INSURANCE

Please note, a summary of the 12 policies that are required are further described in the attached "Insurance Tender Summary" document.

The estimated values in the individual LOT's include for Insurance Premium Tax (IPT) but are exclusive of VAT.

A full market presentation will be issued by Marsh Ltd upon registration of your Interest to Tender.

The authority expects to re-tender this requirement around 1 Sept 2027, 23:59 BST.
How the procedure runs: This tender process is being conducted by Marsh Limited on behalf of Phoenix Energy Holdings Ltd. Those interested parties that wish to be considered for inclusion in the tender process must first express their interest by e-mail to [email protected] stating which particular Lot (one or more) that they wish to be considered for and provide a brief summary of their particular experience within that specific area. Expressions of interest must be received by no later than 12:00hrs on the 25.09.2026. It is deemed the responsibility of each interested Party to ensure that their e-mail registering such interest is received. Those Parties that have registered an interest in line with the above and have clearly demonstrated appropriate expererience shall then be invited to proceed to the next stage - a competitive tender process. A tender process shall take place for each individual Lot following which the most advantageous offer shall be determined. This determination shall be based upon the tender offer received and subsequent negotiations. Albeit not all tendering organisations shall be invited to proceed to the negotiation stage. Note, all Insurance Policies shall be in the name of: Phoenix Energy Holdings Limited (and its subsidiaries) t/as Phoenix Energy Group Ltd and Phoenix Energy Services Ltd save for Professional Indemnity which shall be in the name of Phoenix Energy Services Ltd.
