Newport City Council (hereinafter referred to as the Council) on behalf of the Gwent Substance Use Area Planning Board (hereinafter Gwent APB) invites tenders to establish the provision of a: - - Children and Young Person’s Specialist Substance Use Service in Gwent (Lot 1) - Gwent-wide Drug and Alcohol Family and Carer’s Support Service (Lot 2) Suppliers must bid for both Lots. Tenders are welcome from Consortia as well as a single supplier. The tender process for this requirement is the Social and Other regime in accordance with Public Procurement Regulations 2015. The contract will be for a period of 7 years with a possible extension of 3 years, either in full or on an annual basis subject to funding and performance.
