This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.
The award decision was approved by BSMHFT MHPC Commissioning Committee on 3 March 2025. No conflicts were declared. Key criteria were presented and the current provider is able to demonstrate that they have delivered under their previous contractual arrangement and BSMHFT is confident that this delivery will continue under a new contract.

Publisher note: This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) contract modification notice, under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally modified as follows: Additional recurrent talking therapies activity, totalling 1222 cases, increasing the contractual activity from 5685 to 6907 at an additional cost of £784,682. Additional investment from the Autumn Statement Fair Shares allocation and 25/26 innovation bids totalling £214,761. The modification as detailed above was approved by the MHPC Commissioning Committee and no conflicts of interest were declared.
