Surrey Police and Sussex Police are looking for a replacement for EoL voice systems is the Avaya Aura CM10 High availability (CM10 HA) and Avaya J139 IP handsets which aligns to Surrey and Sussex Police operational and service requirements. Or equivalent Voice systems and phones models will be accepted however potential providers will need to provide justification that the proposed voice systems or phone model is of equivalent or better standard than preferred model
