What is being bought
Published requirement descriptionEMR have a requirement for the maintenance of the Class 222 fleet under a new Train Services Agreement to be agreed. It should be noted that this service will only be required for 6-8 months from the January of 2023.This is to bridge the gap between the expiry of the existing maintenance contract and the exit of the fleet from the EMR stable.
The chosen supplier will be required to TUPE the current maintainer's staff and will be responsible for TUPE staff to the new service provider at the end of this contract.
