Provision of Services relating to the removal of Hygiene Waste (Washroom Services)

First Rail Holdings (FRH) are seeking to award a contract/s to a supplier/s with a proven track record of delivering high quality Hygiene Services (Washroom Services). The provision of Hygiene Waste services includes the both the supply and servicing of containers/dispensers and consumables. The Supplier shall provide waste management Services on a per site basis, to ensure waste: • is properly segregated, • is properly stored and transported in line with statutory compliance, • is prevented from uncontrolled discharge, • is legally disposed of, • zero to landfill, • is transferred only to an authorised, organisation, • is transferred with an adequate description, • transfer documents are complete and timely, provided electronically via an online portal, and are available for the statutory period.
