What is being bought
Newport City Council (hereinafter referred to as the Council) invites tenders for numeracy courses for adults aged 19+ under the UK wide Multiply programme, in accordance with the specification and the terms and conditions within. The tender has been split in to 7 lots, each of which align with one of the Multiply Indicators. Suppliers can be bid for one, several or all Lots.
