Published requirement descriptionOrkney Islands Council wish to appoint a contractor (or contractors) to carry out various works on an as-required basis by the Council acting as Planning Authority, specifically in relation to its enforcement function. This is necessary for the credibility integrity of the planning process. Contractors are welcome to bid for one lot only or as many of the lot combinations as they wish.
