Provider must have CQC registration appropriate for the service provision. <br/><br/>All staff must be HCPC (health and care professions council) and AHCS (Academy for health care science) accredited.<br/><br/>All patients will be treated in line with accepted national standards, in line with NICE guidelines and Trust policies.<br/><br/>BAA & BSA Guidelines are to be followed at all times and are attached to this document above.<br/><br/>Staff must have suitable experience of paediatric audiology services.
