The scope of services will include: • Planned Patient Transport: Routine transport for outpatient appointments. • Unplanned Patient Transport: Transport for patient discharges and short-notice bookings. • Enhanced Priority Service Transport: Time-critical transport for patients attending haemodialysis or oncology treatments. Approximate lifetime value of the contract is £144,741,878 [Indexation] The service is expected to be provided from the Service Commencement date of 01 April 2027 to the expiry of the initial term on 31 March 2032. The Relevant Authority may extend the contract following the expiry of the initial term by a further three years to expire on 31 March 2035. This service replaces an existing service and will be provided by a new provider.
