Provision of Minor Works MTC with Electrical and Mechanical Works

The Authority is looking for a number of Suppliers for the execution of Measured Term Contract for the minor building works consisting of new works, maintenance works and works of alteration and improvement to East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust’s properties. The Authority may require a number of projects under the contract, however, each of these projects shall not exceed £1M in value.This Tender is divided into LOTs. The Authority invites Bidders to submit a Tender (ITT) for the following Lots:  LOT1 – Minor Works – William Harvey Hospital (Ashford)LOT2 – Minor Works – Kent and Canterbury Hospital (Canterbury)LOT3 – Minor Works – Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother Hospital (Margate)LOT4 – Mechanical Works for all of the East Kent Hospitals University Foundation Trust.LOT5 - Electrical Works for all of the East Kent Hospitals University Foundation Trust.LOT 1, LOT2 and LOT3:Whilst bidders are able to bid for one or all lots, the Authority may not award lots to the same supplier. The Authority will award the contract for each lot based upon the most advantageous tender submitted for each lot. In the event that the same bidder achieves the highest overall score for both lots, that bidder will be required to confirm which lot they wish to be awarded. The remaining lot will then be awarded to the second placed bidder for that lot.LOT 4 (Mechanical Works): One or more bidders may be awarded the LOT4LOT5 - Electrical WorksOne or more Bidders may be awarded LOT5.
