- Provision of Media plans, The supplier must submit detailed media plans, prepared in accordance with the requirements of the brief, to DVLA within the service level timeframes agreed between the parties per campaign brief.
- Provision of Deliverables, The supplier must ensure that no less than ninety five per cent (95%) of all deliverables meet, or exceed, the Key Performance Indicators and benchmarks agreed between the parties per campaign brief.

- Social Value: SME and Supply Chain Participation, The Supplier shall demonstrate delivery of its Social Value commitments by: • Evidence of SME and/or diverse supplier participation in campaign delivery • Description of supply chain composition where relevant • Supporting narrative and examples demonstrating how SMEs have been engaged
