For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, or the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice. Representations more…by providers must be made to the relevant authority by Monday 28 September 2026 (midnight). This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves an an intention to award under the PSR.

This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice services as an intention to award under the PSR. <br/><br/>Representations should be issued in writing to [email protected]. <br/><br/>The existing provider's performance was assessed against the following PSR Key Criteria: <br/><br/>Key Criteria 1: Quality and Innovation (Weighting 40%)<br/>Key Criteria 2: Value (Weighting 20%)<br/>Key Criteria 3: Integration, Collaboration and Service Sustainability (Weighting 10%)<br/>Key Criteria 4: Improving Access, Reducing Health Inequalities and Facilitating Choice (20%)<br/>Key Criteria 5: Social Value (10%)<br/><br/>The relative importance of the key criteria was based on the requirements detailed within the service specification and were provided by the Care Group. The existing provider was deemed to be providing a satisfactory level of performance against the key criteria and the Trust are satisfied that the existing provider is likely to provide a satisfactory level of performance for the future provision.<br/><br/>Decision Makers: In line with the Trust's Standing Financial Instructions, the Trust's Finance and Business Performance Committee must provide approval prior to a formal contract award taking place. <br/><br/>No Conflicts of Interest have been declared by individuals making the decision.<br/><br/>For awareness, the Contract Signature Date is a mandatory field for this notice, however for the avoidance of doubt, this Contract has not yet been signed, and today's date has been selected for the purposes of enabling notice publication.
