INTENT TO AWARD AN EXISITING SERVICE TO A NEW SUPPLIER FOLLOWING MOST SUITABLE PROVIDE SELECTION PROCESS. THE APPROXIMATE LIFETIME VALUE OF THE CONTRACT IS £600,000.00. THE CONTRACT VALUE IS ESTIMATED AND WILL VARY BASED ON ACTIVITY LEVELS. THE INITIAL CONTRACT TERM WILL RUN FROM 17/06/2026 TO 30/06/2027 WITH AN OPTION TO EXTEND FOR 2 X 12 MONTH PERIODS. <br/><br/>THIS CONTRACT HAS NOT YET FORMALLY BEEN AWARDED; THIS NOTICE SERVES AS AN INTENTION TO AWARD UNDER THE PSR.
