What is being bought

Published requirement description

Leicester City Council (LCC) is seeking to procure an integrated Highways Asset

Management System (HAMS), to support its teams in the management and maintenance of

its primary highways assets. The solution will also have the potential to be expanded to

support teams managing non-highway assets.

LCC has for some time used the Yotta Mayrise system and the AMX – Bridge Management

System, to manage its highway and bridge network, respectively. At present they are hosted

in the Council’s on-premise data centre. These systems and the management of the assets

are supported by several other systems and solutions. Some of which are digitally integrated,

some are not.

The scope of this procurement exercise is to provide LCC with a HAMS that will meet the

requirements of the following teams:

  • Highways Management and Inspections
  • Highways Maintenance
  • Bridges and Highway Structures
  • Street Lighting

  • Finance
