Provision of Hard FM for IoW Sites

Developments within the Trust has created a need for a Contractor to provide the IoW Hard FM services provision. There are circa 7 freehold properties that are currently managed by the IoW Estates team. These properties vary in size and uses and are part of the IoW Trust portfolio.<br/><br/>Our Hard FM requirements are as follows:<br/>• Helpdesk function<br/>• Reactive maintenance <br/>• Statutory and compliance maintenance <br/>• Planned preventative maintenance. <br/>• Authorised person and competent person reporting (<br/>• Fully managed buildings 6 of which are health and the 7 is a mental health care facility, which is a secure building. <br/>• Managed hard FM service - asset list and full specification will be provided as part of the tender pack. We will be working to SFG20 standards.
